After we review your registration, we'll email your QR ticket within 7 days. Your QR code will be scanned at the entrance on the day of the event.
Tickets are sent by email after we review registrations. If it has been more than 7 days since you registered and you still haven't received it, please send us a message on Facebook.

Gear UP 2026 will be held on two dates: Friday, July 31 and Saturday, August 1, 2026. You may register for the date that works best for you.
Yes! If you need to switch to a different batch date, please send us a message on Facebook explaining your situation and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Gear UP 2026 is specifically for incoming UPLB freshmen. Students from other UP campuses are not eligible to register.
Your information is collected solely for the purpose of organizing Gear UP 2026 and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
No need to print. You can simply show your QR code on your phone at the entrance.
